TRC Names Franklin Energy Services Illinois’ Collection Partner of the Month
Fort Washington, PA. — March 1, 2017 — Thermostat Recycling Corporation (TRC) is pleased to announce Franklin Energy Services as its March collection partner for the state of Illinois.
With over two decades in the energy efficiency landscape, Franklin Energy is the industry expert in program administration and implementation for utility clients across the nation. According to TRC’s Executive Director, Ryan Kiscaden, Franklin Energy was the clear choice based on the number of thermostats the company has collected during since 2013 and in that their efforts align with TRC’s mission of eliminating mercury from the waste stream.

Since 2013, they have collected 1445 thermostats in Illinois alone. Because of companies like them, we grow closer to having the mercury story fade into history.”
