Who We Are

Board of Directors

Arnie Meyer, Chair

Arnie Meyer is a Manger in the Product Marketing Comfort team for Resideo/Honeywell Home (formerly Honeywell), located in Minnesota. Prior to joining the TRC, Arnie held senior-level Inside Sales, Customer Care and Product Support positions. Arnie will serve on the TRC Board of Directors, of which Resideo/Honeywell Home is a founding member.

Chuck Ketterer, Vice Chair

Chuck is the Vice President of Product Management for the White-Rodgers business unit of Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, located in St. Louis, Mo. 

Bob Johnson, Treasurer

Robert Johnson is the manager of Environmental Affairs at Lennox International Inc..  He first became involved with TRC in 2008. He has previously served on the board as treasurer from 2011 to 2016.

Johnson has held environmental positions for the past 30-years. At Lennox, he is responsible for supporting its North American distribution network  as well as directing the company’s hazardous materials transportation compliance program.  Before joining Lennox, he spent eight years in charge of the corporate environmental program for a major air cargo company.

He holds a master’s degree in environmental management from Findlay University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.


Staff Team

Ralph Vasami, Executive Vice President

Ralph has a broad background in engineering, business management, operations, finance, strategic planning, and law. He started his career as a staff assistant at Fiberlux, an independent producer of compounds and extrusions for the construction market. While there, he eventually ran the day-to-day operations, rose to the position of President and negotiated the sale of the company from private owners to Ethyl Corporation (NYSE EY), then to Tedegar Corporation (NYSE TG), and finally to the Westlake Group, the current owner.

Ralph is also a pioneer in the vinyl window and door industry. As chairman of the Vinyl Window & Door Institute, he was responsible for gaining Model Building Code acceptance for vinyl as a fenestration product. He was also instrumental in setting up testing and standards for the products as well as the current industry certification program.

Ralph received a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and a law degree from Pace University. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Danielle Myers, Executive Director

A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Danielle Myers holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability from the Haub School of Business.

Upon completing her undergraduate work, in 2013, Danielle accepted a position with the Pennsylvania-based energy engineering firm of R World Energy Solutions. As the company’s Sustainability and Human Resource Manager, she assisted with procuring rebates for utility customers and spearheaded the company’s B Corp certification program. Under the aegis of the program, Danielle helped for-profit companies achieve certification by meeting rigorous social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency standards.

In December 2016, Danielle joined TRC and previously held the position of Operations & Compliance Manager. She now brings her leadership and sustainability knowledge to the role of Executive Director.
